Booking Details
• $85 per guest
• Minimum of 8 guests, maximum of 15 guests
• 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
• Remaining balance due 14 days prior to the gathering
• Travel within 20 miles is included
• Gatherings beyond 20 miles are subject to a $50 travel fee
• Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your requested date; availability will be confirmed before booking is finalized
Host Responsibilities
• Provide adequate table space and seating for all participants
• Ensure a safe and comfortable crafting environment
• Provide access to electrical outlets, if available
• Outdoor gatherings may be accommodated based on weather conditions, available space, and setup requirements
Cancellaiton Policy
• The reservation deposit is non-refundable, as materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your gathering.
• If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
