General

Are your creations handmade?

Yes. Every Lunaris Hollow creation is handcrafted with thoughtfully selected materials. Slight variations in color, texture, and natural elements are part of what makes each piece one of a kind.

Are your products made with natural materials?

Many creations include natural broomcorn, dried botanicals, wood, stones, and other natural materials. Because natural elements vary, no two pieces will be identical.

Do your products have spiritual properties?

Lunaris Hollow creations are inspired by folklore, symbolism, ritual, and intentional living. They are not intended to guarantee spiritual, medical, or material outcomes.

How do I choose the right besom?

Begin with the piece or collection that speaks to your style, space, or intention. Statement besoms are individually made, while kits allow you to create within a curated theme.

Are statement besoms one of a kind?

Yes. Each statement besom is individually crafted and will not be recreated exactly the same.

Can I use my besom outdoors?

Our besoms are intended for indoor decorative use. Keep them away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, flame, and prolonged outdoor exposure.

How long do kits take to prepare?

Besom kits are assembled to order. Please allow approximately two to three weeks for preparation, packaging, and shipment.

Can I use Thornmere on my skin?

No. Thornmere is a protection mist for ritual and space use, not direct skin application. Avoid eyes, pets, and delicate surfaces. Do not ingest. Keep away from heat, sparks, and open flames, and follow the directions on the product label.

Orders & Shipping

Which products include shipping?

Standard shipping is included in the price of statement besoms, altar besoms, and wall hangings for delivery within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.). These products are not currently available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

What if I order other products with my besom or wall hanging?

Shipping included applies only to the eligible besom or wall hanging. Other items in your order may have separate shipping charges, shown at checkout.

How quickly will my statement besom ship?

Please allow approximately one to two weeks for processing before shipment.

Can handcrafted items be returned?

All sales are final except when an item arrives damaged. Submit a return request through your customer account within 3 calendar days of delivery. Keep the item and original packaging; we may request photos during the review. For the full process and terms, see our Refund Policy.

What if my order is incorrect or missing an item?

Submit a request through your customer account within 3 calendar days of delivery so we can correct the order. This does not create a general right of return or exchange.

Gatherings

How long does a gathering last?

Each private besom-making gathering lasts 2–3 hours.

How many guests can attend?

Gatherings require at least eight guests and can accommodate up to fifteen.

What ages are gatherings appropriate for?

Gatherings are recommended for ages 10 and older.

How do I reserve a date?

Submit a gathering inquiry. Once availability is confirmed, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date.
