Welcome to Lunaris Hollow. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Lunaris Hollow.
Lunaris Hollow operates this website and store, including its information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a curated shopping experience. These offerings are collectively referred to as the “Services.”
Lunaris Hollow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms of Service or our Privacy Policy, you should not access or use the Services.

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, colors, textures, dimensions, and other details may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and the handmade nature of our products.
Many Lunaris Hollow products are handcrafted, made in small batches, created from natural materials, or one of a kind. Small variations in color, shape, placement, texture, botanicals, crystals, wood, ribbon, and other natural or decorative materials are expected and are not considered defects.
Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and quantities may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit product quantities at any time.
Ritual products are offered for personal, decorative, spiritual, and self-care practices. Statements concerning intentions, energies, rituals, or spiritual properties are not guarantees of a particular result. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
Customers are responsible for reading and following all product instructions, ingredient information, warnings, and usage restrictions.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment has been processed and Lunaris Hollow confirms the order.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or product unavailability.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Orders may begin processing shortly after placement, and changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided with the order.

Products purchased through our store are intended for personal or household use and may not be purchased for unauthorized commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors. Unless otherwise stated, product prices do not include shipping, handling, taxes, customs charges, or import fees.
Prices offered online may differ from prices offered at markets, gatherings, events, retail locations, or through third-party sales channels.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all applicable product prices, shipping charges, fees, and taxes.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Lunaris Hollow is not responsible for carrier delays, severe weather, service interruptions, incorrect addresses supplied by customers, customs processing, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before submitting an order. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
If an order arrives damaged, the customer must submit a request through their Lunaris Hollow customer account within 3 calendar days of delivery and follow the requirements in our Refund Policy.
Customers should retain the damaged item, shipping box, packing materials, and shipping label until the claim has been reviewed.
SECTION 6 — REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES
All sales are final except when an item arrives damaged, as described in our Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, scent preference, sizing, accidental orders, expected handmade variations, or other reasons excluded by our Refund Policy.
Incorrect or missing items caused by a Lunaris Hollow fulfillment error will be corrected when reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any customer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.
SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents—including the Lunaris Hollow name, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, videos, audio, website design, and other original materials—are owned by Lunaris Hollow or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The Services are provided for personal, noncommercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, republish, publicly display, transmit, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to use Lunaris Hollow trademarks, copyrights, branding, designs, or other intellectual property except as expressly authorized.
Shopify’s names, logos, products, services, and related marks belong to Shopify or its licensors.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, applications, payment processors, social platforms, or other services operated by third parties.
These third-party services may be provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not control every aspect of these services and are not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, policies, availability, or security practices.
Your use of third-party tools is subject to the applicable third party’s terms and policies.

The Services may contain links to websites or content operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for examining or verifying third-party content, accuracy, products, services, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party websites is at your own discretion and risk.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Lunaris Hollow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between the customer and Lunaris Hollow.
Shopify is not the seller of Lunaris Hollow products and is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, representations, injuries, damages, or losses arising from transactions between customers and Lunaris Hollow.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from your purchase of Lunaris Hollow products.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

Certain information is also processed by Shopify according to Shopify’s applicable privacy policies.
Because Shopify hosts the Services, information submitted through our store may be transmitted to and processed by Shopify and authorized service providers in the United States or other countries.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, idea, or other content to Lunaris Hollow, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
You grant Lunaris Hollow a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and share submitted reviews and feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

Information within the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders. If an order is canceled after payment because of our error, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Termination does not eliminate payment obligations or other responsibilities incurred before termination.
Provisions concerning intellectual property, privacy, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
SECTION 16 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express promises stated in writing by Lunaris Hollow.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, timely, or error-free.
Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties. Where those laws apply, some portions of this section may not apply to you.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunaris Hollow, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, owners, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from:
• Your material breach of these Terms
• Your unlawful use of the Services
• Your violation of another person’s legal rights
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted or severed when necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on our website.

Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
