Shipping rates
Standard shipping is $8 per order for products in our general shipping profile, including ritual goods and besom kits.

Standard shipping is included in the price of statement besoms, altar besoms, and wall hangings delivered within the contiguous United States—the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C. These items are not currently available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

Orders containing both shipping-included products and other items may include an $8 shipping charge. Your applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery
Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for statement besoms, altar besoms, and wall hangings to ship. Besom kits are assembled to order and require approximately 2–3 weeks for preparation before shipment.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. For timing questions about other products, contact us before ordering.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Please contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery through your customer account or at info@lunarishollow.com. Keep the item and packaging and provide photographs if requested. See our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable statutory rights.
