Booking Details
- $85 per guest
- Minimum of 8 guests and maximum of 15 guests
- 50% non-refundable deposit required to reserve your date
- Remaining balance due 14 days before the gathering
- Travel within 20 miles is included
- Gatherings beyond 20 miles are subject to a $50 travel fee
- Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee your requested date; availability will be confirmed before booking is finalized
Host Responsibilities
- Provide adequate table space and seating for all participants
- Ensure a safe and comfortable crafting environment
- Provide access to electrical outlets, if available
- Outdoor gatherings may be accommodated based on weather, available space, and setup requirements
Cancellation Policy
The reservation deposit is non-refundable because materials are purchased and prepared specifically for your gathering. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
